Savages have a kick stand light (red) which comes
on with ignition and goes out when the stand is up.
My switch isn't connected, so the lamp comes on with ignition
and goes out on starting.
As Savages get older they need more oil,mine takes about 100 ml
or more every 2 days (done about 150,000kms).Needs a rebuild ,
but will last a bit longer.If you want yours to last, check the oil
every couple of days or rebuild the motor sooner...tough choice eh?..
